This is a reasonable overview. However, I think in V1.0, we should strive to include more information and links that provide useful, detailed, how-to information for an SE to work with a PM and to manage the SE portions of a project. This article can also be better tied to the risk management article, and to the as-yet-to-be-written article on Systems Engineering and Project Management: Similarities and Differences.
