Some Interesting Systems do not contain software

Hillary S:

Natural systems do not contain software; some social systems do not contain software; there are many complex structural and civil-engineered systems that do not contain software.

It is probably true to say that "most interesting engineered systems now contain software", but the global opening statement that "virtually all interesting systems contain software" will alienate an important class of potential SEBok stakeholders and beneficiaries.
